The Solar Array on Kapowai changes angle and bearing by electric actuator on a joystick.    This array has an output of 420 watts and can focus anywhere in the sky for maximum output all day long.     Mobile Solar Arrays can be made to track the sun, however it is quite expensive.    An Array should therefore be treated like a sail, and moved by hand as necessary.    The top of pole mount electric actuator is very powerful and reliable, having been in operation flawlessly for a decade.   The rotation of the pole is best done manually with a pull down handle and pole brake mount.
